during checkout for used tires. A photo of the mileage listed on the dash board is also required to be emailed within 1 week
of purchase. Warranty does not cover replacement for any tires with less than 5,000 miles that may become unrepairable from
any acts of vandalism, sidewall punctures, road hazards, racing, Vehicle alignment, mechanics, Under inflation, Pot holes,
Road debris or any other type of damage. This is a 100% mileage only warranty. If your tires have worn out in less than 5,000
miles and you can provide a picture of the dash board at present mileage & a picture of the tire tread being 2/32nds or
less & a full size photo of the tire on the vehicle. We will send you a free replacement used tire. This mileage warranty
may only be used 1x per used tire purchased per customer. This mileage warranty does not apply to any Summer, Ultra High performance,
High performance or used tires with a tread wear of 300 or less.
